Charlie was Fantastic!
Mom was moved to assisted living, and we needed to sell her house. Got some feedback from a Real Estate agent that we could get top dollar if we remodeled the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. That agent also gave a target price for an as is sale. That price would have been more that we received from 613 Home Buyers, but when we looked at the costs for commissions, other expenses, the hassle of negotiation and more expenses, they were right in the ballpark and we didn't have to go through that whole process - including emptying and cleaning the house. We just left everything there! Charlie was great. Always above board and honest.
We didn't need to have an attorney for the transaction, but Charlie accommodated and worked well with him through the process.
We had a check within 4 weeks. Charlie was even persistent in following up to make the funds were distributed to us.
